Privacy policy
This page explains what information Radifeh collects, what it is used for and how it is protected.
1 What we collect
When you sign up: your name, email address and password (stored one-way hashed). A phone number only if you add one.
When you order: the details needed to carry out that order, such as a bill ID, a mobile number to top up or a product link, and any files you attach.
When you top up your wallet: the amount, payment method and transaction reference. Your card or PayPal account details never reach us.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and sign-in times, used to keep your account secure and prevent abuse.
2 Signing in with Google
If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and Google account ID.
We use them only to create your account and sign you in. We have no access to your contacts, files or any other data in your Google account, and we never share or sell this information.
You can revoke the site's access at any time from your Google account settings.
3 How we use it
To carry out your orders, keep your wallet, send essential emails (such as email verification and order updates) and answer support tickets.
To prevent fraud and abuse and to meet legal obligations.
We do not send marketing email without your permission.
4 Who we share it with
We do not sell your information.
We share only what is needed to do the job with: the payment provider you choose (PayPal), blockchain networks for crypto deposits, the merchant or organisation that fulfils your order, and our email delivery service.
We may have to disclose information in response to a valid legal request.
5 Storage and security
Data is kept on secure servers behind encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and sensitive keys and secrets are stored encrypted.
Financial records are kept for as long as the law or the handling of disputes requires; other data is removed when your account is deleted.
6 Cookies
We use only essential cookies: keeping you signed in, remembering your language and protecting forms. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
7 Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information and your account. Open a support ticket to do so.
