Radifeh helps Iranians abroad make payments inside Iran, such as bills, top-ups, online purchases and other costs.

You place the order and we make the payment on your behalf to the merchant or organisation concerned.

Your account details must be accurate and your own. You are responsible for keeping your password and your email or Google account secure.

Each account is for one person. If you think your account is at risk, tell support straight away.

Your wallet balance is held in US dollars and can only be used to pay for orders on this site.

Crypto top-ups are credited once the blockchain confirms them and PayPal top-ups once PayPal confirms them. Deposits to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered.

Each order is priced in toman and shown to you before you pay, and that price is held for the stated time.

If an order cannot be completed for any reason, its full amount is returned to your wallet.

An order that has been carried out (for example a bill that has been paid) cannot be cancelled. You are responsible for the accuracy of order details such as a bill ID or mobile number.

Using the site for money laundering, fraud, illegal payments or to evade the law is prohibited.

If we see suspicious activity we may stop an order or suspend an account, and ask for more information where needed.

We do our best to complete orders correctly and quickly, but we are not responsible for delays or errors in outside systems such as banks, operators or merchants.

In any case our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
